FixPraha is a civic-minded mobile app built to empower people in Prague to actively report, fix, and improve their city’s infrastructure. From potholes and broken benches to public clean-up events, the app turns small acts of care into a collective movement. The goal was to design an intuitive and engaging user experience that goes beyond reporting — encouraging community action, gamifying responsibility, and celebrating contribution. Through user research, urban analysis, and iterative prototyping, FixPraha became both a digital tool and a local movement. The final outcome includes a clean and user-friendly interface, a community-driven event system, a visual identity inspired by civic symbols, and a gamified point system that rewards every helpful step. FixPraha is more than an app — it’s a way to reconnect with the places we live and the people who share them.
